Howz Enhanced is £32.99 per month. You will be taken through the subscription service when you register for your Howz account. The first month's subscription is FREE. Subsequent payments will be automatically taken from your account on a monthly basis which can be cancelled at any time.
Make the most of your system
To make the most of this package, we recommend placing your motion sensors in the landing, hallway, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room. Your smart plugs on your kettle and microwave, and your door sensors on the front door, back door and fridge.
The service also includes everything you need to get started:
Batteries, stands for your sensors, and command strips so you can attach them where you would like them
A detailed installation guide with tips to get the most out of the service and exercise videos
Access to customer support for set up, or a specialist advisor to help you address your concerns within the home.
Please note that to utilise this package, you will need broadband internet and a router equipped with an available network port.
Delivery
We use UK Mail as our delivery partner.
Standard delivery is usually delivered within 3 working days providing stock is available, Monday to Saturday.
You'll receive an email once your home care kit has been dispatched.
We deliver to most of mainland UK. We reserve the right to not deliver orders to addresses we don't think are secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order that you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
You can then track your order through the DHL tracking service
Returns are within 30 days
If you'd like a refund, please contact us stating the reason why you need to return your item(s). Returns are free provided you have complied with our Returns and refunds policy.
Warranty
The Home Care Kit comes with a two year warranty.
