Many of our customers concerned about dementia buy the Howz Home Care kit and add on extra sensors. We work with the NHS on the largest research project of its kind into dementia and our team are very experienced in advising what will work best for your needs.

The Home Care Kit includes the following:
- 1x Howz Gateway
- 1x Smart Plug
- 1x Door Sensor
- 1x Motion Sensor
Extra sensors can be added at any time.
Monthly subscription to The Howz Service required
The Howz Service is £9 per month per kit. You will be taken through the subscription service when you register for your Howz account. The first month's subscription is FREE. Subsequent payments will be automatically taken from your account on a monthly basis which can be cancelled at any time.
The Howz Service helps you see your data in a way that you can understand what's happening. The Service shows the data from each sensor and creates the view of your home's routine. You can set up who you want to share this information with so they will receive alerts when there is a change. Spotting changes early can have a positive impact on well-being.
The Howz Service provides ongoing information on your daily routine. We provide you with a monthly report that will give you a summary of your activity and includes health and well-being messages.
We are also there to support you when you have concerns that you can speak to our senior support team to understand what impact this could have in the long-term.
We use UK Mail as our delivery partner.
Standard delivery is usually delivered within 3 working days providing stock is available, Monday to Saturday.
You'll receive an email once your home care kit has been dispatched.
Where we deliver
We deliver to most of mainland UK. We reserve the right to not deliver orders to addresses we don't think are secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order that you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
You can then track your order through the DHL tracking service
If you'd like a refund, please contact us stating the reason why you need to return your item(s). Returns are free provided you have complied with our Returns and refunds policy.
